Telemarketing Executive – Kiribathgoda

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our telemarketing team. The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for contacting potential students over the phone to introduce our programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students using provided scripts.

Introduce our educational programs to potential students and their parents and effectively communicate their benefits.

Qualify leads and gather necessary information for follow-up by the sales team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students.

Document all interactions and updates in the system.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
